We want you to be completely happy with your purchase of a Wags Doggy Bag, however, if you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Follow this link to our Returns Submission form
- Fill out the Returns Form to advise us of the product you wish to return and the reason for the return
- Ensure you fill out all mandatory fields on the form then click the Submit button
- We will respond to your request promptly
- Please be assured that your request will be handled as a priority
- Product that is returned due to a fault will have shipping fees refunded as well
- Please enable tracking of your returned item via Canada Post in the event a return is lost or damaged in transit

Turn around and shipping
- In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase.
- I often ship the same day or next day, but can’t guarantee that. If you’re order is urgent please contact me directly and I’ll work with you to meet your requirements as closely as I can.
- Back ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are made and updates will be sent via email to provide an estimate of shipping date.
- All but one shipping option includes tracking, you will receive an email to the address provided with your order from Canada Post or FedEx with tracking details as soon as I create the shipping label.
- For untracked shipping I email directly to confirm that your order has been shipped.
